Active Secret clearance.
Experience in medium-volume or high-volume manufacturing in an operations management role.
Design Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
Electronics manufacturing background, preferably CCA/PCB/PCBA/PWA.
Experience transitioning products from design to manufacturing in a leadership role.
Defense industry experience.
Preferred SkillsKnowledge of IPC and J-STD standards (e.g., IPC-A-610/620, J-STD-001).
Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems and ITAR/EAR compliance.
Proficiency with DFM/DFT, PFMEA, process capability, and statistical quality control.
Experience with contract manufacturer management, supply chain, and production planning (MRP/ERP).
ResponsibilitiesOwn manufacturing operations from NPI through ramp to sustained high-volume production.
Lead design transfer, build planning, and readiness (BOM, routings, work instructions, tooling, test).
Drive yield, throughput, and cost reductions via process engineering and continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain manufacturing test strategies for CCAs/PCBAs/PWAs.
Ensure compliance with defense, quality, and export-control requirements.
Coordinate cross-functionally with design, quality, supply chain, and program teams to meet schedule and delivery objectives.
Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
