**Job Title: Cleanroom Warehouse Clerk** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Warehouse Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials and finished goods in a cleanroom-compliant warehouse. You will utilize Quick Ship software to process shipments, maintain inventory records, and ensure compliance with sterile handling protocols. **Responsibilities** + Receive, store, and organize raw materials and finished goods in a cleanroom-compliant warehouse setting. + Utilize Quick Ship software to process and prepare shipments via UPS and FedEx, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and carrier compliance. + Pick and stage materials for outbound shipments and internal production use, following sterile handling protocols. + Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanning and ERP systems. + Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to ensure data integrity and stock accuracy. + Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet shipping deadlines and inventory needs. + Ensure all packaging and shipping materials meet regulatory and customer specifications. + Follow cleanroom gowning procedures and contamination control protocols at all times. + Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. + Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues promptly to supervisors. **Essential Skills** + Experience in order picking, material handling, loading, and unloading. + Ability to create FedEx/UPS labels. + Proficiency in inventory management and packaging. + Basic English communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. + Comfortable working in a Spanish-only environment for tenured employees. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance. The role operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, with occasional flexibility required, including the possibility of starting at 5 am or working until 3:30 pm or on Saturdays as needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Placentia, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
