Job Description
As a Cleanroom Technician, you will be responsible for completing and maintaining all necessary training and accurately documenting production records both manually and digitally in alignment with our quality system standards. You will work under the supervision of the Clean Room Supervisor or Manager, employing documented techniques, methods, and technologies to efficiently perform tasks such as post-dryer inspections, branding, coiling, label printing, and pouch sealing. You will also be expected to achieve and sustain minimum production volumes, maintain a tidy and organized workspace, and carry out line clearance as needed while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
ResponsibilitiesComplete and maintain all appropriate training.Accurately document production records both manually and digitally.Conduct post-dryer inspections, branding, coiling, label printing, and pouch sealing.Achieve and maintain minimum production volumes.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and conduct line clearance as needed.Perform top-down cleaning as directed.Follow safety and quality guidelines.Complete additional responsibilities, projects, tasks, or objectives as assigned by supervisors and executives.Essential SkillsExperience in cleanroom environments.Skills in assembly and medical assembly.Knowledge of medical devices.Proficiency in microscope usage.Experience in production and catheter handling.Skills in inspection and packaging.Cleaning skills and hand dexterity.Experience in medical packing.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent.1 year of experience in medical device reprocessing, manufacturing, production, or related work environment.Exhibits a positive attitude and thrives in a team-based environment.Ability to lift objects up to 40 lbs and transfer them manually.Ability to work on feet or sit for extended periods.Basic knowledge of OSHA safety rules and precautionary measures.Work Environment
You will work in a manufacturing lab environment, which requires adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. You may be required to work on your feet or sit for extended periods, and the position involves manual lifting of objects up to 40 lbs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
