Job Title: Cleanroom Production OperatorJob Description

Join a leading team specializing in 2-Shot and liquid silicone molding, utilizing the world's most advanced technologies. We are expanding our team and seeking ambitious general production workers to join us in delivering high-quality plastic molding and injection molding solutions.

ResponsibilitiesOperate injection molding machines and package products according to specifications.Label and perform cycle counting for inventory management.Inspect and assemble parts to meet quality standards, identifying any visual or dimensional defects.Use route sheets and work instructions to ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements.Remove parts from machines during gate tended operations and perform routine cleaning of machines and work areas.Account for and record production and scrap counts.Essential SkillsExperience in production, general labor, machine operation, and general production.Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of automotive production processes.Experience as a production associate and cleanroom operator.Ability to speak, read, and write in English.Capability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.Efficiency in basic math skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsWorking knowledge of SmartSheet and IQMS.Prior manufacturing experience.Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.Reliability and punctuality in attendance.Flexibility to travel between two locations as needed.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment with state-of-the-art equipment. Be prepared to wear a hair net and beard net if applicable. Embrace a fast-paced setting, operating four machines simultaneously while packaging and managing tasks efficiently. The work schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
