**Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will be responsible for assembling panels for medical devices and processing components through instructions provided in the form of drawings, written, or verbal direction. This role requires inspecting parts for quality and defects, performing micro laser ablation, measurement and inspection of arterial stents, and micro laser etching of dental implant parts. You will also be tasked with data entry, filling out job travelers, certificates of conformance, and making labels for parts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble panels for medical devices according to provided instructions.
+ Inspect parts to ensure quality and identify defects.
+ Perform micro laser ablation and inspection of arterial stents.
+ Conduct micro laser etching of dental implant parts.
+ Enter data accurately and complete job travelers and certificates of conformance.
+ Sign off on travelers and create labels for parts.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in assembling medical devices.
+ Proficiency in cleanroom and production environments.
+ Ability to operate machinery and perform inspections.
+ Skill in using microscopes and measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
+ Quality assurance expertise.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
+ Medical device experience is a must-have.
+ Experience working with calipers and micrometers.

**Work Environment**
The position operates on a 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with a 7% shift differential for this schedule. Employees receive an extra 30 minutes of pay for an 8-hour workday. The role involves working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment and may include voluntary overtime on Saturdays. Most work will be performed sitting, but standing is optional. The ability to lift 20 lbs comfortably is required. Chairs are provided at workstations.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.47 - $22.47/hr.
