Cleaning Supervisor (Evening)

Leopardstown, Dublin 18 - Full time, permanent

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Cleaning.

What you'll do: 

Ensure standards across the site(s) meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specified in the service contract.

Support the Cleaning Manager in supervising, training, and scheduling cleaning staff to deliver a consistent and high-quality service.

Maintain excellent client relationships through daily communication and professional representation of Sodexo.

Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times, including safe use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.

What you'll bring: 

Licences: Fire safety and first aid training (or willingness to complete).

Qualification: BICS Levels 1 certification or membership of IOSH (or working towards) desirable.

Experience: Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, ideally in a high-profile or corporate environment.

Person Specification: Excellent communication and people management skills, strong client focus, IT literacy, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to Health, Safety & Risk management.
