In this role, you willlead and motivate a team of cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards ofcleanliness, hygiene, and safety across our client sites. What you’ll do:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting efficient and professional service.Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment across all equipment, service areas, offices, and communal spaces.Oversee restocking of cleaning supplies and ensure all service areas are fully equipped.Monitor and inspect completed work, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Conduct training sessions and carry out additional duties as required to support the smooth running of cleaning operations.What you bring:
