Education\:

Completion of secondary school diploma preferred and/or Home Support Programs as appropriate.

Experience & Skills\:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or life experience.

Ability to travel locally from assignment to assignment.

Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly; maintains Bayshore's exceptional reputation Prioritization and time management skills Ability to work quickly without compromising quality or standards of service Able to freely lift 23 kgs., stand, bend, squat, kneel and reach freely

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Eager, with a positive attitude and stamina to handle the demands of the job. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Ability to provide a clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector screening
