Location: College of Policing, Leamington Road, Ryton-on-Dunsmore, Coventry, West Midlands, England, CV8 3EN Job Overview To maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across a large and operationally busy site, supporting the day-to-day functioning of the College and its facilities.

Main Duties

General Cleaning Duties:

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting across classrooms, offices, corridors, and communal areas. Cleaning and sanitising restrooms, showers, and kitchen areas. Emptying bins and managing waste disposal. Polishing floors and glass surfaces (internal only). Using powered cleaning equipment (e.g., scrubbers, polishers) when trained.

Team Collaboration:

Working as part of a large cleaning team under the supervision of a Cleaning Supervisor or Site Manager. Coordinating with maintenance and facilities staff to ensure smooth operations. What we are looking for

Skills & Attributes Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management and reliability. Awareness of hygiene standards and safety procedures. Positive attitude and willingness to undertake training. Typical Hours Shift-based work, often early mornings or evenings. May include weekend or holiday cover depending on site needs.
