**Job Description** We are seeking a diligent Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and order of our facilities. The role involves performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. The ideal candidate will follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. **Responsibilities** + Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. + Utilize ladders to dust and wash furniture, walls, blinds, and select equipment. + Clean ceilings, dust light fixtures, and ceiling vents. + Remove stains from surfaces such as carpet, drapes/shades, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions. + Prepare cleaning solutions per specifications. + Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. + Clean and vacuum carpeted areas, including applying spot cleaning treatment. + Gather trash and empty in appropriate trash and recycling bins. + Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, refrigerators, and microwaves. + Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. + Service, clean, and supply restrooms. + Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. **Essential Skills** + 3 years of recent and relevant cleaning experience. + Proficiency in cleaning, janitorial duties, housekeeping, sanitizing, and industrial cleaning. **Shift/Work Environment** The work is conducted onsite and may involve exposure to tobacco smells. Employees must adhere to a dress code that prohibits jewelry except for a simple wedding band. + The part-time shift is Monday to Friday, 12pm-4 pm. + The first shift is Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm. + The third shift is Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm-6:30 am. + Attendance is crucial, and flexibility to pick up additional shifts on Friday/Saturday as needed is essential. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
