Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Clean Room Production Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent dexterity.
**Job Title:** Clean Room Production Associate
**Location:** Oak Ridge, TN
**Pay Range:** $16.00/hr with an additional $2.50/hr shift differential for evening shifts
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist with visual inspection, cleaning, packaging, and labeling of products according to customer specifications and company clean room procedures.
+ Follow established Glove and Gown protocols for Clean Room duties and report any deviations to ensure product non-contamination.
+ Receive and stage products for manufacturing into the Clean Room while adhering to all procedures.
+ Maintain cleanliness of tanks, walls, tables, and fixtures in the clean room following established procedures.
+ Accurately complete required nonconformance reports to ensure precise record-keeping.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma or equivalent, or manufacturing experience in a clean room environment.
+ A minimum of 6 months related work experience.
+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
+ Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ A willingness to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
