Job Title: Clean Room Assembly Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities

Stand 100% of the time in front of a pneumatic powered assembly/shuttle line.Handle circuit boards and various hardware moved by the pneumatic shuttle.Read job sheets to understand which parts are needed and where to place them.Manually place dime and quarter-sized pieces from bins into circuit boards.Operator A: Stand at work station and place push tack-sized parts on circuit boards.Operator B: Operate SMT machines or run testing machines on finished boards.Operator C: Perform soldering work consistently throughout the day.

Essential Skills

Operator A: Minimum 1 year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.Operator B: Minimum 1 year of experience in roles like CNC, SMT, or PCBA operator, wire harness tech, solderer, electronics repair/assembly, wire puller, or automotive electrical work.Operator C: Minimum 1 year of experience as a solderer.Ability to work with small parts and demonstrate good hand dexterity.Availability to work on Saturdays.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in medical assembly, wire harness, CNC, soldering, welding is advantageous.Ability to read and follow job sheets.

Work Environment

The entire production floor is clean room rated, ensuring a quiet and air-conditioned facility. The work schedule includes a 2nd shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and a 3rd shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with the possibility of working on Saturdays as needed. The relaxed and efficient work environment is complemented by weekly pay.

This is a Contract position based out of Holly, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
