**Job Title: Clean Room Technician** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Clean Room Technician, where you will play a crucial role in our production line operations. This position offers multiple shifts, including BMB and Bottling shifts from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, and 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, as well as Teg shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, and 10:00 pm to 6:30 am. You will ensure product quality by inspecting parts and documenting production data, removing excess plastic material, and packaging products for shipping. **Responsibilities** + Inspect parts coming off the machine to ensure quality. + Document production data and report any issues. + Remove excess plastic material from products. + Perform production and packing functions on a semi-automated line. + Package plastic bowls and pack them into boxes according to order sheets. + Operate touch screen computers to read error messages and resolve faults or stoppages. + Use inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers to test bowl wall thickness periodically. **Essential Skills** + High School diploma or GED completion. + Ability to stand for 8-10 hours. + Proficiency with computers and touch screen devices such as smartphones, iPads, and Windows systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly, packing, production, and cleanroom environments is beneficial but not required. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 11 paid holidays, 15 paid vacation days accrued after six months, a 401k match up to 6%, stock options, and immediate Blue Cross/Blue Shield benefits upon hire.
