Job Purpose:
This position is an intermediate Claims role under minimal supervision responsible for detailed understanding of applicable state and insurance industry laws and regulations. The incumbent will process, investigate, negotiate and settle a variety of increasingly complex L&H inquiries and claims. Serves as technical lead, may coordinate work of others, and develop solutions to improve team performance. May require examinations / licensing.

Job Requirements:
Associate Degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred2 + years of customer service experience, including demonstrated teleservice skills2 + years of Claim processing experience (prefer: disability)Excellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and decision-making abilityDemonstrated mathematical aptitudeDemonstrated ability to interpret medical and insurance documentationFluency in Spanish (verbal/written) preferredIf you’re ready to help make a difference, apply today. Base Salary Range:
$45,400.00 - $68,100.00
