PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To manage the technical and operational functions within a dedicated client program; ensure consistent delivery of quality services; oversee staffing, training, and budget preparation; and manage profit and loss responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

Oversees operational management for the assigned dedicated client, ensuring consistent service delivery and performance monitoring.Leads quality review processes, reporting monthly on both company and client standards.Develops and enforces policies and procedures to ensure compliance with best practices, state regulations, client service agreements, internal controls, and audit requirements.Establishes business plans with goals and objectives to strengthen the client partnership.Collaborates with Program Management to:Recommend cost-saving strategiesCommunicate regulatory updatesResolve client issuesMaintain frequent contact with key client personnelServe as liaison between company, clients, and partnersIdentifies and resolves internal issues with company representatives.Monitors performance metrics through management reports related to the dedicated client.Implements company personnel policies, ensuring alignment with staffing standards and training recommendations.Manages talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring, and developing performance plans; conducts regular performance discussions.Provides leadership and support to foster engagement, motivation, and high performance across the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing: 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include 4 years claims management experience and 2 years supervisory experience.

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Licensing / Jurisdiction Knowledge: California workers compensation claim handling experience | SIP Certified

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $120,000-$130,000/yr. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
