As part of our Glasgow-based team, you’ll be responsible for managing building claims for our Property Factors clients. You’ll play a key role in guiding customers through the claims process, ensuring their experience is smooth, transparent, and compassionate. Whether it’s setting expectations, recording claim details accurately, or handling difficult conversations with empathy, your communication skills and proactive approach will be essential.
