Our client is expanding their Call Center Loss Drafts Team, and we’re looking for confident, thick-skinned Customer Service Representatives who can handle high-level homeowner claims with professionalism and empathy.

Training & Schedule
Training:
+ 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday–Friday
+ Fully on-site (training dates TBD)
Rise Academy / Nesting Period:
+ Begins on TBD
Hybrid Schedule Opportunity:
+ Eligible after 30 days of taking calls (January)
+ Hybrid begins February, if expectations are met
+ Must maintain:
+ ✅ 95% Quality
+ ✅ 85% Adherence
+ Hybrid is performance-based (attendance, quality & adherence matter!)
⏰ Post-Training Shifts (assigned by business needs):
+ 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
+ 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
+ Monday–Friday
Pay
+ $18/hour – English
+ $19.50/hour – Bilingual (Spanish only )
About the Role
You’ll handle homeowner insurance claims, acting as the key liaison between the homeowner, lender, and Proctor. Calls can range from quick updates to in-depth conversations (1–45 minutes). Many callers may be frustrated—your calm, professional approach makes all the difference.
Expect 40–50 inbound calls per day, plus outbound follow-ups as needed.
Key Responsibilities
+ Handle inbound & outbound calls related to existing homeowner claims
+ Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues
+ Manage escalated calls professionally
+ Document all interactions accurately in the claims system
+ Provide clear, accurate information to upset customers
+ Problem-solve and drive resolution every call
MUST-HAVE Qualifications
✔️ 1–2 years Call Center experience (claims, insurance, or escalations preferred)
✔️ Thick skin & ability to handle difficult conversations
✔️ Strong customer service & communication skills
✔️ Windows PC proficiency (systems are not user-friendly)
✔️ Typing speed 35 WPM+
✔️ Working cellphone (for dual authentication)
✔️ Reliable transportation
➕ NICE-TO-HAVE
✨ Insurance or mortgage experience
✨ Auto or other claims experience
✨ Medicaid/Medicare call center experience
❌ Disqualifiers

No prior call center experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daytona Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
