Description We are looking for a dedicated Claims Assistant to join our team in Roseville, California. This is a long-term contract position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The role involves supporting claims operations through accurate data entry, communication, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Accurately input new claims into the claims management system. • Monitor and organize incoming medical bills for processing. • Record direct payments in claims software with precision. • Draft, prepare, and distribute claim-related correspondence. • Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties to resolve inquiries. • Assist in tracking claims progress to ensure deadlines are met. • Collaborate with team members to streamline claims processing workflows. Requirements • Previous experience in office administration or related roles; claims experience is not required. • Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to accuracy and detail. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Dependable with a commitment to meeting deadlines. • Familiarity with administrative software and tools. • Experience with medical billing or claims systems is a plus. • Willingness to work onsite Monday through Friday on a consistent basis.
