Claims and Returns Analyst

To serve as a liaison and reach agreements between the logistics coordination of 3PL supplier and transportation suppliers regarding the operation of claims and returns to improve processes.

Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain) is preferred.PAC, MMP, WIPS, CMMS and WERS knowledge preferred.Great communication skills.Advanced English Language skills (oral and written).Highly organized self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills.Strong analytical skills and proficient in using Word and Excel; Access skills a plus.Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in teams.Comfortable dealing in internal and external conflicts.Positive attitude to take the better decision.Be curious and proactive searching solutions.

Process and analyze return formats (PA20) within 24 hours, claims (PA25) within 24 hours, and claims (PA293) within 72 hours. Investigate each of the claims for missing materials and channel the required information to the corresponding staff in order to justify the approval or rejection of the formats. Generate statistical reports and graphs of the behavior of the forms. Process of charges to Dealers for returns due to errors made by the Dealers.

Coordinate periodic meetings with the staff involved in the return and claims operation for improvements in the process.
