Claims and Finalisation Officer

Under direction of the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring claims made by subcontractors are correct and accurately copied through to the MWS and SAP systems. All delivery is underpinned by providing a world class service with focus on improving customer service experience.

An Administration/Finance qualification will be preferred,Experience in Claims finance process is desirable but not required

Knowledge or an understanding of the Domestic Building and Construction Industry terminology is an advantage, but not a necessity as a working knowledge is quickly built up over time when undertaking this role.

Ability to interpret Schedule of Rate Items and relate to the work order,

Computer/systems literate and keyboard skills

Continued adherence to Cardinal Rules,

Personal accountability over personal and team safety,

Active participation in Zero Harm initiatives,

Hazard and incident identification, reporting and elimination approached pro-actively and consistent with company policies or procedures

Personal accountability over quality of personal and team output,

Ensure risks are accurately identified, contained and countermeasures are put in place,

Assist in measuring costs, efficiencies, and delivery of services and support service improvement initiatives
