We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Review Analyst with a robust background in contract review, particularly in policy language for handling commercial Property claims, or other real estate legal documents. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to break down complex issues into simple, understandable outcomes or steps.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review contract language in lease agreements.Provide detailed commentary to landlords regarding lease agreements with tenants, making recommendations on insurance requirements, limits, indemnity agreements.Provide proactive updates to the producer, service team, and insured parties.Claims Advocacy:
Serve as a claims advocate to ensure the policy responds according to how it is written.Support clients in navigating their policy language, liaising with adjusters to keep claims moving toward a favorable outcome for clients.Utilize expertise in commercial property claims to ensure compliance and proper response to policy terms.Innovative, proactive claims support and services for large clients.Certificate of Insurance (COI) Review:
Review COIs issued by tenants.Ensure COIs comply with the agreed-upon terms in the lease agreements.Additional Responsibilities:
Stay connected with HUB’s developing tools and resources, integrating these tools into various client portfolios.Perform other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:
