Claim Administrative Specialist
The Impact You'll Make

 

As our Claims Administrative Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering great customer experiences by being the first point of contact for customers and supporting them with timely claim resolution.

Your impact? You’ll ensure smooth handling of customer claims by creating cases and complaints in CRM and ERP systems. Your work will strengthen customer confidence and loyalty through responsiveness and accuracy.

You’ll collaborate with the Customer Quality and Commercial teams and take ownership of key administrative processes that support claim handling and resolution, helping us move toward a more efficient and customer-focused future.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead claim creation by receiving and reviewing customer claims, working within customer portals, analyzing technical details, and making accurate claim decisions.

Support customers by compiling and delivering claim responses through email, phone, or portals, ensuring clarity and timely resolution.

Collaborate with commercial teams to process claims via credit notes, free-of-charge orders, and resolution of debit memos or hardware dispositions per customer agreements.

Use your skills in data gathering and interpretation to review customer claim data, providing insights for BU Quality and customer investigations.

Continuously improve claim processing by efficiently handling customer-reported shortages and freight claims, enhancing responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

 

What We're Looking For

 

Diploma (College education preferred) with 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Experience working with Danfoss Power Solution products or basic product function knowledge to support claim processing activities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SAP (preferred).

Strong problem-solving mindset with an understanding of quality tools such as 8D, 3L5Y, and Control Plans.

Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively with team members to support timely customer responses
