Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator (PI) for the Ship Sustainment CIWS and SPY-6 Program Areas and will report directly to the Program Office. The Program Integrator will be responsible for managing the overall program mission integration; risk and opportunity management; coordination and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners in day-to-day execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; implementation of PM best practices.
This position will work across all Raytheon Strategic Business Units and functional organizations domestically across the country. This position will regularly interact with Senior Raytheon Leadership, the Navy, and program Subcontractors on program status and direction.

What You Will Do:
Assist with the daily program cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, Product Team reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitmentsPrepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, RTX Life Cycle Product Management (RLPM), Corporate and Business policies and proceduresMeeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectationsDevelop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functionsCoordinate customer program reviews; prepare for customer visitsServe as proposal lead for over-TINA spares and repairs proposals, creating kickoff package, leading status meetings and preparing submit gate package for leadership review, in conjunction with the program Director. This role will also have exposure to negotiations of these proposals through the award phase. This position will require approximately 25% travelWhat You Will Learn:

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
