This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in concrete, excavation, and dirt work. Skills and Requirements Must-Have Qualifications  • 5–10 years of experience as a Civil Superintendent  • Proven expertise in:   ○ Concrete operations   ○ Dirt work and excavation   ○ Subcontractor management   ○ Surveying and site layout Preferred Skills  • Familiarity with scaffolding and insulation practices  • Strong communication and leadership abilities  • Ability to troubleshoot field issues and adapt to changing conditions
