Are you a proven leader in heavy civil construction with a knack for keeping crews motivated, projects on track, and safety at the forefront? We’re seeking **experienced Heavy Civil Superintendents** to oversee multiple field crews and subcontractors, delivering exceptional results from start to finish. **What You’ll Do:** + Lead, motivate, and direct field crews to hit goals on time and on budget. + Ensure **safety first** on every task, every day. + Provide the tools, information, and materials crews need to excel. + Track progress, costs, and productivity to keep projects running smoothly. + Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain tight budget/schedule control. + Apply QA/QC processes to deliver top-quality work. + Anticipate challenges and adapt with proactive solutions. + Manage manpower, paperwork, submittals, and reporting requirements. **What We’re Looking For:** + **5+ years** in heavy civil construction leadership. + Strong planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. + OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (required). + Knowledge of OSHA standards, equipment, QA/QC, and industry best practices. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office. + Valid driver’s license. + Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, changing environment. **Why You’ll Love It Here:** + Competitive wages + bonus program.
