Civil & Structural Engineering Lead

? Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil & Structural Engineering Lead to oversee the discipline and manage FEED/EPC Contractors. This role is critical in ensuring that all civil and structural design aspects are delivered in alignment with technical objectives, within the approved scope, budget, and schedule.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all technical deliverables—such as specifications, data sheets, and procedures—developed during the EPC phase fully comply with project requirements.

? Requirements & Experience

Minimum Experience:

8 years in engineering roles, including: 4 years in the Oil & Gas industry 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role (contractor/sub-contractor/vendor/service personnel)

Industry Exposure:

Experience with Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, vendors, or service providers Exposure to: Sour service gas and LNG facilities (Onshore) Large offshore platforms and pipelines (Offshore)

Added Advantage:

Berth design and seabed dredging Brownfield engineering and execution Large tank foundation design

Technical Expertise:

Geotechnical and foundation design Drainage systems Precast concrete and steel structures Building design Dynamic equipment foundation design Blast design experience (preferred)
