What You’ll Do

Deliver professional civil engineering services across all phases of municipal projects—from design and documentation to construction oversight.Prepare plans, specifications, reports, budgets, permits, and schedules.Participate in design and construction meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants.Conduct site visits and provide construction observation to ensure adherence to design standards.Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely updates on project progress.Stay current with industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.EIT certification (or in the process of obtaining).0–5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a municipal focus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Self-starter with a humble, team-oriented mindset.Comfortable working in a smaller, non-corporate environment.Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office tools.
