\t\t\t\t\tThis role requires a strong foundation in civil engineering with a focus on land development. Candidates must be proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, with the ability to independently produce grading, drainage, and utility designs. Daily responsibilities include preparing site plans, performing stormwater calculations, coordinating with clients and agencies, and reviewing design documents for QA/QC. The role also involves managing project schedules and budgets, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.Required Qualifications:•\tBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering•\tMinimum 5 years of experience in site design or land development•\tMust have experience w/ sets of utility improvements (e.g. redevelopment/ infill, greenfield development)•\tProfessional Engineer (PE) license (or in active pursuit)•\tProficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCADKey Attributes of Success:•\tAbility to manage both technical design and project coordination•\tStrong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration•\tAttention to detail and commitment to quality control•\tAdaptability to work on a range of project types and scales•\tInitiative to mentor junior staff or lead design reviews (for PE-level candidates)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
