Join us. **Job Description** + Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for civil engineering projects. + Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within deadlines. + Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. + Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and site staff. + Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team members meet performance standards. + Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges. + Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and specifications. + Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. + Address and resolve any issues related to construction defects or delays. + Manage project budgets and control costs to avoid overruns. + Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment. + Prepare and review cost estimates, invoices, and financial reports. + Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants. + Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. + Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. + Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. + Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. + Handle unforeseen challenges and implement corrective actions promptly. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). + Minimum 8–10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. + Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects. + Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials. + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project). + Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, and other design software. + Excellent leadership and team management skills. + Strong verbal and written communication abilities. + Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. + Analytical mindset to identify and resolve project challenges. + Ability to make informed decisions under pressure. + Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
