Job Title: Junior Civil/Environmental Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a curious and motivated Junior Civil or Environmental Engineer to join our small, mission-driven team. This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery—from design to fieldwork—while learning directly from senior engineers. If you are eager to grow, ask questions, and contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects, we would love to meet you.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design of water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure systems.Support pipeline hydraulics and mechanical piping layout work.Draft and review civil drawings using AutoCAD.Conduct site visits and assist with field investigations.Collaborate closely with senior engineers and leadership.Take initiative and contribute across technical and non-technical areas.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.1–5 years of experience, including internships.Interest in water/wastewater systems and public infrastructure.Proficiency in AutoCAD or willingness to learn quickly.Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.Work Environment

You will be part of a small, mission-driven team, working closely with engineers. The role involves both office-based design work and fieldwork, providing a diverse range of experiences. Dress code is business casual, and you will frequently use AutoCAD for drafting and reviewing civil drawings.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
