Summary: Seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager with expertise in site grading, stormwater management, and utility planning for multi-family development projects.

Requirements:

BS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

PE License in CO or reciprocal PE

5-7 years of experience in civil site design and construction plans

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow/ICPR, WaterCAD, Bluebeam

Experience with MS Office and Smartsheets

Ability to mentor junior engineers

Responsibilities:

Lead design teams for multi-family development projects

Develop grading plans, utilities, hydrology and hydraulics, roadway design

Manage project timelines and ensure compliance with local regulations

Pay: 155000-185000
