Summary: Seeking a Civil Engineering Manager with expertise in site grading, stormwater management, and utility plans for multi-family development projects.

Requirements:

BS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering PE License in GA or reciprocal PE 5-7 years of experience in designing construction plans

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d, Hydraflow/ICPR (or comparable), WaterCAD, Bluebeam Proficiency in MS Office and Smartsheets

Responsibilities:

Lead design teams for construction plans and technical reports Develop grading plans, utilities, hydrology and hydraulics, roadway design Manage project timelines and compliance with local regulations

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
