Job Title: Civil Engineering Manager Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Civil Engineer (10+ years) to lead teams, manage projects, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities + Supervise and mentor staff engineers and serve as Engineer of Record. + Prepare proposals, contracts, and project documentation. + Manage project budgets, schedules, and client expectations. + Maintain and grow client relationships; identify new business opportunities. + Ensure high-quality project delivery and team performance. Essential Skills + California PE License. + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. + Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Work Environment The company has multiple offices across California, employing around 70 people. You will be working alongside 10-11 registered Professional Engineers, a land surveyor, and support staff in the Bay Area. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $76.92 - $88.94/hr.
