Civil engineering work associated with wind project developmentSupport for development teamRFP preparation, technical reviewing of deliverables and contract negotiations for civil work in terms of BOP competitive biddingDesign management of BOP detailed designTechnical reviewing of construction methodology and cost evaluation for BOP civil workPreparation and submission of METI construction plan including Class NK certificationCost reduction study for civil work considering new technologies and contract type selectionRFP preparation (civil engineering), technical reviewing of deliverables and contract negotiations with turbine supplierEngineering discussions and interface management between BOP contractor and turbine supplierSupport for project managerSupport for financingCommunication with internal team (Tokyo) and head office (Chicago)
