Role Overview
Setting up and monitoring various databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Managing and monitoring execution documents to maintain compliance with project standards. Utilizing Janus software to track and report on study progress effectively. Collaborating closely with the Civil Engineering Project Manager to ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible. Continuously monitoring project developments, identifying modifications, and prioritizing tasks accordingly. Ensuring compliance with document circulation rules and task execution procedures.Skills & Qualifications
Proven expertise as a document controller within the Civil Engineering department. Technical mastery of databases and understanding of task sequences. Ability to apply project procedures and maintain strict compliance with execution protocols. Strong understanding of technical English, particularly in reading and comprehending technical documents. Excellent reporting skills to communicate effectively with the Project Manager.Education & Experience
