Responsibilities
+ Lead municipal infrastructure projects from initial design to final inspection.
+ Craft detailed plans, specifications, reports, budgets, and schedules to bring projects to life.
+ Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants during design and construction meetings.
+ Oversee construction progress with on-site observations to ensure quality and compliance.
+ Ensure projects remain on track—on time, within scope, and on budget—while maintaining meticulous documentation.
+ Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
+ Integrate the latest industry trends and technologies into your work.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
+ Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or active progress toward licensure in South Dakota, Iowa, or Minnesota.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in civil engineering software and Microsoft Office tools.

Work Environment
This role is in-person, working in a dynamic and expanding company environment in Sioux Falls.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
