Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in G+1 construction, Villas Renovation in the UAE.  Valid UAE Society of Engineers membership.  Valid Dubai Municipality practice certificat Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.  UAE driving license (preferred).
