Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Strong working knowledge of analysis and design for medium- to large-scale industrial developments.
Demonstrated proficiency with all relevant AutoCAD Civil 3D design modules for sitework design and drawing production.
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
Preferred Skills10+ years of civil/site engineering experience.
Stormwater analysis/modeling tools (e.g., StormCAD, CivilStorm).
Familiarity with local AHJ codes, permitting processes, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
ResponsibilitiesLead site development, site master planning, and site selection.
Produce final grading plans in Civil 3D, including cut/fill analysis and earthwork balancing.
Prepare erosion/sediment control plans and SWPPP; support permit approvals.
Perform hydrology analyses and design storm drain systems.
Plan underground utilities and site space layouts using Civil 3D.
Analyze and design gravity sewer systems.
Research and apply Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction.
Perform stormwater analysis and modeling (e.g., StormCAD, CivilStorm).
Pay Details: $32.00 to $43.00 per hour
