Civil Site Design Engineer Location: Milwaukee, WI Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 (based on experience) About the Role We’re seeking a skilled and driven Civil Site Design Engineer to lead and support the development of large-scale industrial and residential site design projects across Milwaukee and surrounding areas. This role blends technical expertise with creative problem-solving to shape the future of urban and industrial landscapes. Key Responsibilities + Design and develop comprehensive site plans for industrial facilities, residential communities, and mixed-use developments + Conduct site analysis, grading, drainage, and utility layout using AutoCAD Civil 3D + Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports + Collaborate with architects, contractors, and municipal agencies to ensure project success + Perform feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed developments + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations + Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality + Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field + Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred + 3–5+ years of experience in site design for industrial and residential projects + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software + Strong understanding of stormwater management, grading, and utility design + Excellent communication and project coordination skills + Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
