Job Description
Engage in business development activities to foster and maintain relationships with private real estate land development and redevelopment clients, ensuring a stable portfolio of business. Prepare proposals and budgets for new projects, manage client relationships and accounts, including billing and collections, while maintaining high client satisfaction. Lead project design teams to execute projects successfully and mentor and train staff. Attend, participate in, and lead training sessions and management meetings as applicable. Regularly meet with the Land Development Practice Area Director to discuss mission alignment, quality assurance and control, staff development, proposals, budgets, and project performance.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
