Job Summary (Brief overview on the scope of job responsibility):
• Lead the IAA team in his respective region.
• Provide technical guidance to the inspectors as and when necessary.
• Perform inspections&comma as and when scheduled to verify the conformance with client’s requirements.
• Review inspection reports occasionally.
• Cost control administration in his respective region.
Interrelationships (Other key functional or communicational lines):
• Communicate with Coordination Supervisor/Technical team/Assistant Manager and OO Manager – IAA for any enquiry and technical support.
• Communicate with Report reviewer for final report submission about any query.
• Communicate with Coordinators for non-technical issues such as scheduling.
• Communicate with the Inspectors for clarifying technical queries&comma preparing and explaining the key contents in the cover sheets.
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles&comma functions & accountability):
• Lead the IAA team in his / her respective region.
• Perform inspections as and when scheduled to verify the conformance with client’s requirements.
• Perform Surprise Factory visits&comma CTC audits&comma Mystery Audits based on random sampling of the daily schedules as and when required.
• Arrange weekly/monthly trainings to enhance the qualification and capabilities of the inspectors.
• Planning and allocation of inspectors on daily basis.
• Perform Onsite Assessment/Supervision as and when required.
• Review the inspection reports.
• Clarify all technical related queries with the inspectors.
• Assist the coordinators in maintaining the log book as and when necessary.
• Prepare the Cover sheets and communicate the key points to the inspectors.
• Participate in all the training courses as and when scheduled.
• Authorize the Inspection certificates.
• Communicate the Memo updates to his team as and when received from HO.
• Review the JCS received in his region and report to Integrity & QA Manager&comma Assistant Manager & OO Manager for any issues noticed.
• Fully understand and comply with the requirements of ISO 17020 standards such as controlling of documents&comma records and samples used for inspection in his region.
• Ensure confidentiality of information obtained during the course of employment in BV.
• Ensure that the equipment / other infrastructure provided by company are not mishandled / damaged.
• Support OO Manager in cost control and administration in his respective region.
• Support OO Manager for any other job as assigned.
