Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to support natural gas projects in Houston, Texas, and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience with Civil 3D and relevant experience in natural gas projects or similar. Familiarity with CADworx or Plant 3D is considered an advantage.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and draft plans for natural gas projects using Civil 3D.Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements.Participate in utility construction projects and land development tasks.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Utilize AutoCAD for civil design tasks.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in natural gas design/drafting or utility industry (water/sewer).Proficiency in Civil 3D with at least 5 years of experience.Strong knowledge in civil engineering and civil design.Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with CADworx and Plant 3D is a plus.Knowledge of oil and gas delivery systems.Background in utilities engineering.Work Environment
This role is based in an office environment, providing a professional setting for design and engineering tasks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
