Our Raleigh office is looking for an Assistant Project Manager who embodies this purpose.
ResponsibilitiesGain exposure to our vast portfolio of recognizable brand name clients to build and foster those relationships.Receive training in the financial management aspects of project production, such as writing contracts, putting together proposals, and managing budgets.Polish your skills for presentations in front of local planning and zoning boards.Perfect your technical site design knowledge and hands-on plan preparation experience to mentor and develop your own team of design professionals.Hone your skills in the project management lifecycle from initial project scoping through project closeout.Essential SkillsExperience in land development.Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.Knowledge of civil engineering and civil design.Experience in site development and project management.Understanding of stormwater and erosion control for residential and commercial projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.Ability to learn quickly and possess strong communication skills.Solid work ethic.Work Environment
You will work out of the Raleigh office, spending 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days working from home. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
