**Job Title: Civil Construction Testing Technician**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team in building a new division focused on construction testing. We are seeking a lead technician with experience in concrete coring, sawing, sprinkler testing, and flow testing to guide and run this exciting new venture.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the division by managing daily operations and ensuring quality testing procedures.
+ Perform concrete coring and sawing to create precise holes in various structures.
+ Conduct sprinkler testing to ensure proper installation and functionality of fire systems.
+ Perform flow testing to evaluate the flow characteristics of materials and systems.
+ Document and report inspection and testing results for compliance purposes.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in concrete coring and sawing with specialized equipment.
+ Experience in sprinkler testing, including visual inspection, pressure testing, and control valve checks.
+ Ability to perform flow testing, particularly in concrete applications.
+ Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with sewer systems and camera operations.
+ Experience with pressure testing and control valve operations.

**Work Environment**
Work primarily involves outdoor activities, requiring physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. The role demands regular physical activities, including sitting, lifting, and climbing. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 to 100 pounds and have specific vision capabilities, such as close vision and focus adjustment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
