Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a multi-disciplinary professional responsible for the design, analysis, and coordination of civil, structural, and architectural elements of our projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that our designs are safe, functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with all relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Civil Engineering :

Perform site feasibility studies, site layout, and grading plans.Design earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and utility systems (water, sewer, stormwater).Conduct land surveying analysis and coordinate with survey teams.Prepare civil engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.

2. Structural Engineering Design & Analysis:

Perform structural analysis and design for various building materials including concrete, steel, masonry, and timber.Calculate loads, pressures, stresses, and strains to ensure structural integrity.Prepare detailed structural drawings, schematics, and specifications using BIM software (e.g., Revit, Tekla).

3. Architectural Design & Coordination:

Develop architectural concepts and schematic designs in collaboration with clients and senior architects.Prepare detailed architectural drawings for floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.Select appropriate building materials and finishes, considering aesthetics, durability, and cost.Ensure architectural designs are functional, accessible, and compliant with zoning regulations and building codes.Coordinate the integration of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems with the architectural and structural design.

4. Project & Construction Support:

Collaborate with project managers, other engineers, and drafters.Provide technical support during the construction phase, including site visits and resolving design issues on-site.Participate in project meetings and coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect license (RA) is highly preferred.3+ years of proven experience in a combined CSA role or significant experience in at least two of the three disciplines.Proficiency in industry-standard software:CAD/BIM: AutoCAD, Revit (essential), Navisworks.Office Suite: MS Office (Advanced MS Excel skills).In-depth knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
