Job Title: Civil Designer Job Description We are seeking a Civil Designer experienced in civil and site design for development projects across the commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of consulting experience, eager to contribute to significant urban redevelopment projects. Responsibilities + Engage in site planning, grading, and utilities design. + Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting and design. + Contribute to project management and business development initiatives. + Assist with civil engineering tasks for commercial, industrial, and healthcare development projects. Essential Skills + 0-3 years of experience with Civil 3D. + Strong communication skills. + Experience in site planning, grading, and utilities. + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Agricultural or site development project experience. + EIT / E.I.T. certification is a plus. + Open to candidates with an associate's degree in Civil Design or related fields. Work Environment The position is based in a newly established office in Madison, with a flexible team environment that encourages personal growth and niche discovery. The standard work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with an understanding of personal commitments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65/hr.
