**Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 10 years of experience in trust and safety, risk management, public policy, government, international relations, information ecosystems, or other related fields. + Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing stakeholders without direct authority. + Experience preparing briefing materials and communicating topics to executive audiences. **Preferred qualifications:** + Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field. + Experience with domestic or international civics issues and an understanding of how they may impact a global technology company. + Experience managing rapid-response situations, escalations, or crisis management. + Understanding of the online information ecosystem, including common product abuse vectors and major safety policy issues. + Ability to analyze political and societal discourse to understand the context for potential risks to online platforms and inform mitigation strategies. + Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
