We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering

In this role, you will:

Lead, mentor, and manage the Citrix Operations to ensure high performance and professional growth.Implement, maintain, and support Citrix environments, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and related infrastructure components.Oversee the daily operations of Citrix platforms, including troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning.Develop and enforce best practices for system configurations, monitoring, and maintenance.Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and implement new technologies or enhancements.Manage and optimize licensing, capacity planning, and resource utilization.Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness for Citrix systems.Proactive identify areas for improvement and lead efforts to streamline processes or adopt new technologies.Provide timely support and escalations for critical issues, work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors.
