Position Description:

Join our dynamic team as a CISCO Network Administrator. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our organisation's complex network infrastructure. Your future duties and responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the performance of our CISCO network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls

Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal downtime

Implement and maintain network security measures to protect our systems and data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new network solutions that align with our business objectives

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on network-related matters

Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices

Document network configurations, processes, and procedures

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a CISCO Network Administrator or in a similar role

Proven expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting CISCO network devices

Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and wireless technologies

Experience with network monitoring and performance analysis tools

Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions and virtualization technologies

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Relevant CISCO certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable
