CISA Associate Account Executive, Personal Lines

Job Title: Personal Lines Account Associate 

Department: Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency (CISA)

Key Responsibilities:

 Accurately and efficiently process incoming endorsement requests.Monitor and follow up on open underwriting items and correspondence to ensure timely resolution.Track and follow up on home appraisals to ensure adherence to critical recommendations.Maintain thorough and accurate records of all communications in the agency management system.Provide exceptional service by answering incoming calls during peak call volumes.Work closely with the sales team to achieve department sales goals and contribute to overall team success.Effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.Ensure prompt and high-quality service delivery, meeting all Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives.Manage email inbox.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agent interactions, policy servicing activities, and account information within the agency management system (AMS).Adhere to established workflows, compliance requirements, and quality standards to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.Recommend improvements to processes that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall client satisfaction.

 

 

The pay range for the role is $45,000-$76,400. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website.  The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.

Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
